How to organize a PDF

  1. Select your PDF file.
  2. Type the page numbers you want to remove, separated by commas (for example "2,5,9").
  3. Click "Organize PDF" and download the tidied document.

Deleting blank and unwanted pages

Scans often include blank pages, adverts or a cover you no longer need. Removing them makes the document cleaner to read, smaller to email and more professional to share. Number the pages from the first page as 1.

Removing several pages at once

You can delete many pages in a single pass. The tool sorts them automatically, so the page numbers stay correct as pages are removed one after another.

A cleaner document in seconds

Because everything happens locally, even large confidential documents never leave your device. The remaining pages keep their original quality, formatting and order.
