SB Link Tools is operated by SB Link Network, an internet service provider based in Pakistan.
How quickly we reply
Email is answered on working days, usually within one business day. WhatsApp is faster during Pakistan business hours (roughly 9am to 8pm PKT) and is the best channel for a broken tool you need fixed today. We do not use a ticket system, so a plain description of the problem is more useful to us than a formal report.
What we can help with
Bug reports for any of the tools, requests for a calculator or converter we do not have yet, corrections to a guide or a label that reads wrong, accessibility problems with keyboard or screen-reader use, privacy and data requests, and advertising or partnership enquiries. If you are reporting a result that looks incorrect, tell us the exact input and the output you expected — with a converter or calculator, one concrete example is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
What we cannot do
We cannot recover data that was never sent to us: every tool runs locally in your browser, so a page reload clears the input and we have no copy of it. We also cannot remove a page from a search engine, but we can fix or update our own content quickly when something is wrong.

SB Link Tools is part of SB Link Network, an internet service provider operating in Pakistan. The tools exist as a free public utility: they are funded by advertising, they need no account, and the whole catalogue is available without a payment or a trial.
